Is Studiometry Going out of Business?

The feature that used to allow me to email my invoices no longer works (Apple Mail, Outlook, neither work). I opened a ticket, followed the instructions Studiometry provided when they replied, but they didn't work.  I replied to let them know that the instructions didn't work on 7/6, 7/10, and again today - so it's been 28 days with an open ticket with no response. 

Does anyone know if Studiometry is still a viable company?  Or is the company downsizing or closing?  My experience with tech support in the past has always been good, so I don't know if I should start looking for a new product or not.  I appreciate any info folks can provide. Thanks!
