Really bad practice Upselling for a yearly licenses

I am a user of this software for a very long time and I am frustrated with the PRICING practice that you use for the Touch application.

There is no reason for a yearly license fee for an ios app. People like myself paid the $39.99 to gain access to direct syncing. Yet, every year your company wants to charge for that. I do not use your cloud service.

If a person is using the desktop, paid for the touch once and direct syncs there should not be any license fee. Apps on the ios store rarely if at all have a yearly license fee for basic database apps.

The better approach is to charge for your cloud sync and not hinder a small companies ability by nickel and diming to use a mobile app that they are syncing themselves.
