I'm looking at Studiometry products and wondering what the activity level here is? I see recent unanswered posts, 1 was 14 days ago, and 2 of them a month ago, with no responses. And most questioned are marked as "Answered". Do the Studiometry staff pay attention here? What's up with the little activity?

We do interact on the forums as do some users. Usually the best way to get responses is to open a support ticket here with a specific question, but if you add a question to the forum we always try to respond as well.

Peter Billard Allow me to suggest the low volume of activity may be due to the quality of the product, i.e. it works as it's meant to and users have fewer troubles than with other products. Support tickets work fine for me when necessary. Best of luck to you.
