I Would like to be able to pull a client level report per month that pulls all reportable data by project + sub project.
I would also like to be able to pull a project level report and have it pull all sub project data as well. For example, I have a parent project and 20 sub-projects. Being able to pull a report at that parent project level is critical for speed as not all sub projects are active.
For your purpose, what comprises all reportable data?
All the time clock data (hours and cost) that you can access at the sub project level. I need to pull parent project level reports for time-based billing. I break projects by business unit budget requirements for my client, and we have to pull single individual sub-project budgets for agency time on task reporting, so this is the only way we can organize the information for it to easily roll up to a parent budget. When I submit monthly invoices, I also have to pull hours report at the parent project level to reconcile to annual budgets. Currently, your software does not allow me to do that. It would be great if it could.
