I'm currently using a back up PC running Windows XP while waiting for a new Mac.
Can I move my license from the PC to the Mac when it arrives?

Oranged Support Hello,
Yes you can move from PC to Mac or vice versa. The only thing you will need to do is copy your data folder to the new machine, and then tell the new machine to load your data. In Studiometry 10.x and newer, you can find your data folder by selecting File Menu > Data Management > Show Data Folder in Finder. From there, you can just copy that entire folder to your new machine.
On the new machine, you can launch Studiometry holding the Option key (or Control key on Windows), and then select the data folder you've just copied over and load that.
The license should work automatically, but if it gives you any trouble about being installed on too many machines just open a support ticket here with your license and we can reset it for you.
