I am really close to making the switch to Studiometry. The software i currently use only tracks my hours and invoices. One of the things i really like about it though is: when creating an estimate work item, it can be moved to a billable slip with out deleting the estimate. Basically the by selecting the estimate work item and the click "start working" the work item is copied to the billable work items and reset to zero. The estimate slip is retained for future comparison between estimated time and actual time worked. So my question is, can this be easily done in Studiometry?
The only way i have found to do it is to duplicate the estimate work item, mark it as billable, and manually reset the hours to zero. Am i missing something, because this is a somewhat tedious way to go about it. Especially when i have a large number of work items for a project.
