Problems editing an invoice template.

Hi there,

I'm creating an invoice template and have applied a PDF background containing our company logo address and a basic grid.

I've managed to insert all the correct data areas and formatted all the text and it looks great on screen, however when I come to print it out on A4 paper (with correct size selected in page setup etc) the PDF background is printed about 5mm to the right and 12mm higher than it should be and all the variable data and text which I have created are printed 5mm to the right of where they're place on the template.

In addition to these issues the print is cit off 15mm from the bottom of the page, losing the last few lines of my payment terms and information ( a text item created in the template editor.

There are a couple ways to solve this, the best being
1. In Studiometry while your invoice preview window is open, click on the invoice preview itself to be sure it has the focus, and then select File Menu > Page Setup.
2. In the Paper Size popup, select Manage custom Sizes
3. Click the plus button to add a new custom size (name it Studiometry Invoice), and then enter Paper Size of 8.27 in x 11.7 in, and make all of the borders zero. You can see this in the attached screenshot.
4. Click OK to save this custom setup, and then you can select it and print it which will work fine with the A4 settings.

Another option you have is to simply click the Export button when creating the invoice to export to PDF and see an exact preview, which you can then print from preview. Both of these methods will produce correct output, it just depends on how you want to do it. Also, once the custom page size is set up you won't need to recreate it each time.
