Our studiometry updated to 11 !!HELP!!

We have a major problem!

We were having issues with Studiometry and saw there was an update.

SO we updated and now find out that our registration details are not valid, and are now just on the 30 day trial.

 

At no point was there a process that told me I would have to purchase a site licence again!!

There shouldn't of been an option to download an update without letting us know the consequences. 

I believe this is a massive mis-direction and want to find out if we can revert our database back to version 10 so we don't have to pay again.
