  Yes, Studiometry 10.x should still work on El Capitan, though El Capitan was a couple years away from being released when 10.x was released.

  Separately, if you're interested in upgrading from 10.x to the current version, you can do so for a discounted price. Just open a support ticket here and we can give instructions on how to upgrade.
