It would be interesting if you could use auto-complete to tag someone when writing a todo. I'm picturing this as something similar to tagging someone in Facebook, or Twitter. You already have a list of contacts (employees, clients, vendors),… and you already have an auto-complete feature. Just add the names to the auto-complete list, and have their name automatically tagged to the todo when you use the autocomplete.
Just an idea.
