We would like to be able to send a "completed" calendar event to invoice.
In our industry (film postproduction), studio management is done with a "calendar view". When a studio session is done, the engineer modifies the calendar event duration, and clicking the "completed" button should send this event to invoice on its related project.

In Studiometry 9.2 and newer you can right-click an item in then calendar and create a timer or billable expense item from the calendar item. Using this you can then invoice the billable item.

Hello, I just downloaded the demo for v10. Unless I am missing something, we still can't find a way to do what we are looking for :
1-Upon completion of a calendar event, create new work item from this to do (this works), and have Studiometry automatically calculate the Total Hours based on the duration of the completed To Do.
2- Studiometry would then "lock" that To Do to avoid sending that item more than once to an invoice. I could be a simple color change, or a check mark.
