When doing quarterly state sales tax reports, it would be helpful to have the Client Name and Project ID number as available choices. Make it easier to match up & confirm the Studiometry summary with the hard copy payment record as received from the client. Thanks.

Oranged Support Thanks for the request, Peter. Are you doing this in the Custom Summaries section of Studiometry? You can sort/tier your items by client and project and show the ID that way. Are you asking to simply have it available as an option to be repeated in each line?

Peter Billard Yes, Custom Summaries. I can't figure the way to include Client Name and Project ID in the custom report. If those two could be added to the 'Include Fields' list would allow them to display in the report. Any chance of that in a future release? Thanks very much!

Oranged Support To show client or Project information, you click the "Group By" and then select client or project there. You can then create multiple tiers and show information about each. We are rewriting summaries for Studiometry 11 and will have an easier to use interface, along with a KB article detailing how to set them up.

Gavin JG Lawrie While it is nice that you can group things by project / client etc., it would be useful if you could also add the option to include the fields as repeaters in the "Debt" line too? So for example, it would allow me to construct a report of expense claims by person, with the name of the client / project included in the line item. I don't need (in that report) to group by the client / project each time - I'm primarily interested in total amount claimed by each person in a period. But when looking at this report, if I wanted to find out more about a specific entry, currently there is no easy way to find out what project / client it relates to. Being able to chain this information with (e.g.) the description would be a good way around this - so a future report line item could have the form (if so selected) of:
<Date> Client name - Project name - Description Text <amount>
