User survey of feature requests

Can we have a voting system on which new features get priority? Also some feedback/tracking of the progress of the said features being implemented by Oranged. I have discovered a feature request that was asked for three years ago that is likely to be costing me thousands of dollars a week, it is a feature I have seen in other products 15 years ago. it is very important to the studio. 

I'm not sure Oranged is entirely aware of which requests are nice to have above those that are costing your clients money and making them consider alternative products. 

You can ask us. We will happily tell you. This should be a high priority so you can focus on the killer features your customer base wants.

  There's a pseudo voting system in place with the Like button associated with each feature request. In general, those feature requests with the highest number of likes also seem to have been tagged as Planned or Done.

  Unfortunately relatively few of forum participants seem motivated to Like suggestions contributed to the forum or suggestions made are so narrow in appeal that they gather no Likes. The range of businesses using Studiometry is broad and what seems to one to be absolutely essential to proper functioning, isn't utilized in the business model of others.

  This is not Facebook, likes are not a rating system and yeah I wouldn't rely on that data at all seeing forums aren't the most popular communication channel.  

  So lets say instead of it being a passive process it becomes a push process. You send out a questionnaire to all of your clients by email. And the features aren't just as described by a frustrated user stealing ten minutes to get a point across. They are instead carefully summarised with advantages for people to easily imagine and compare. A simple poll to give them priority would then be really easy to answer.

  Top ten efficiency features, how important number from one to ten. 10 most important, 1 not important. 
  
  Bingo! Solid customer feedback on where Oranged should be placing its energy. The very narrow in appeal will be exposed. The features that have real benefits and broad appeal will be clearly identified across the vast spectrum of different businesses that are using Studiometry. 
  
  And then Oranged KNOWS what it is working on is what the majority of users will be excited to have.
