Why are we not receiving any replies here?
Hello Oranged Team,
I posted here because I’m not getting any reply to my cancellation request. I already submitted a cancellation message for our Studiometry Cloud subscription (Typowerkstatt GmbH) via your contact form on September 15, 2025, well within the required notice period.
Today I received an email from you saying that a payment attempt on October 19, 2025 was unsuccessful and asking me to update my credit card details. This is confusing and frustrating because I have clearly stated that we do not wish to continue the subscription and consider it cancelled.
I will not update any payment information since the contract has been terminated properly. Please confirm the cancellation in writing and make sure no further payment attempts are made.
